Coussea anti-decubitus cushions are specially designed for the prevention of bedsores, the treatment of existing bedsores, and the relief of pressure points in a sitting position or lying position. Recommended in protocols for reduced mobility, hospitalization, or home care, our models reduce the risks of necrosis, skin redness, friction, and shearing associated with long periods in dorsal decubitus or lateral decubitus.
Our cushions use the latest generation of technical materials: viscoelastic foam, memory foam, high-resilience foam, and high-density foam. This composition allows for homogeneous pressure distribution, effective offloading of support areas (especially the coccyx, sacrum, buttocks, and ischial tuberosities), and perfectly anatomical support in a wheelchair or medical bed.
